Tea Bag Envelopes - Part 62

Image
This time we have more tea bag envelopes than usual. I focused a lot on some patterns, as you can see if you scroll this post! I would consider it Ratoon... even if usually it is a bit different. Ratoon, Fescu. 16 March 2026 And more of this Fescu/Printemps mixture... or rather an Ibex with only one spiral? Fescu, Flux, 16 March 2026 A fat Mooka mixed with Tipple. I do not remember the name of the pattern where you draw Tipple on lines and you alternate black and white, I think we will survive if I do not mention it. Of course I will mention it if I find it while looking for something else or if you let me know the name! Mooka, Tipple. 16 March 2026 Same as usual... Ravel? Onion Drops. Onion Drops. 16 March 2026 And again this spiraly Fescu. Fescu, Fluz, Tipple. 17 March 2026 And here a new pattern is born. Fescu, Lifi. 17 March 2026 I got very much obsessed with Lifi, my new patterns. Lifi. 18 March 2026 Guess who's around? Lifi. 18 March 2026 And more leafy Lifi. Lifi, Fescu, Neg...

Chot, Sibabol and Domi - the full pages

I wonder if you remember the post with the preview of these patterns. I did not finish them, because I wanted to post it straight away, as I did the patterns as inspiration for somebody else. They probably did not work as inspiration but... in Italian we say that not all donuts come with the hole. So, here the first whole page! Chot, a tangleation of Ciottoli or Tipple, playing on volumes, more layers, colored intersections... every technique is welcome to change the texture!  Chot deconstruction page The deconstruction. The most important word here is mess! Chot step out. 28 February-25 March 2026 More examples here, close to each other, to see different textures side by side. In some cases there is cross hatching on the bottom. You do not clearly see it, but the pattern looks darker! More Chot examples. 28 February-25 March 2026 More examples. Possibly it is the first time I use Ciottoli as a string. At least so clearly. Ciottoli, Chot. 28 February-25 March 2026 Using some bigger...

Tea Bag Envelopes - Part 61

Should I call the spirals here Printemps or Snail? I think Printemps, since I did not add a pattern in the interstices. Printemps, Fescu, Negtip, Swash, Flux. 11 March 2026 I like stippling. And I would call the shell Buen Camino. A bit different, but a very similar concept. I do not have to add 20 patterns every time I add a post with my tea bag envelopes. Vortemps, Buen Camino. 11 March 2026 Here there are some old patterns of mine and variations, like 8pus in the upper flower, and Luzme (not in my big pattern book yet, but already in the blog in another tea bag envelope) and a new flower on the bottom. And some Mel Mel stars. 8pus, Luzme, Fluquido, Mel Mel. 12 March 2026 More Fluquido flowers. And I would consider a Coree variation the leaves coming out of the bottom flower. Not giving a name to the Fescu flowers on the top... unless somebody suggests me to do it! Fescu, Fluquido, Mel Mel, Coree. 12 March 2026 Hmmm... I would go for simple Cadent, Fescu and Tipple here. Tipple, Fesc...

My eleventh "Tangle Together"

I forgot to update soon after the meeting. I did not shade all tiles, but it is ok, I would say! We had a couple of new people around, and so I did a page with two beginner sections... Kind of! I always add a little twist, if I see that the people are looking for something more! I repeated often the same patterns and fragments since some people arrived later, so I was working on parallel on the two tiles and explaining on the left the patterns I already did on the right. Fragment W6, Ennies, Bales, Crescent Moon, Zedbra, Florz, Pokeroot, Pokeleaf, Tipple, Printemps, Mooka, Hoolibaugh. 29 March 2026 Here I wanted to show to one of the regular attendants how to do a loose Aquafleur, similar to an image she was pointing, but it did not come out as I wanted. I colored it pretty soon, but was not happy with it either. At home I made gems out of it. It looks made of glass, but I ams till not happy with it. :D Aquafleur, Tipple, Static, Flux, Sez. 30 March 2026 Here I explained how to tangle ...

Tea Bag Envelopes - Part 60

I decided to put new tea bag envelopes in a new tea box, so I will not feel too overwhelmed by the neverending queue. At least at some point I will finish this box and will tackle the next. All Dent surfacing again. The leafy thing on top... does it deserve to become pattern material? Noziro, All Dent. 5 March 2026 About the rice seed... I think I will call it Okome, like my line enhancer with the same shape. It seems the better thing to me. Onion Drops, Okome, Tipple, Nanalee, Daiamo, Icanthis, Wirlz. 6 March 2026 And here the thinniest curved Molygon! Molygon, Marasu, Fescu, Wadical. 6 March 2026 Quite some random curve lines as a grid. Eke, Tipple, Sez, Printemps, Knightsbridge. 10 March 2026 Here I did not reproduce exactly Circus in the beginning, and so decided to do a tangleation. Molygon, Circus, Sez, Tipple, Sonnenband. 11 March 2026 Scena takes all the space there is, with no mercy. :D Scena. 11 March 2026 My Patterns All Dent Daiamo Noziro Okome Zentangle Original Patterns Ci...
