Have you ever been to Berlin for the Whit long weekend?
You could easily end up around the Carnival of the World Cultures. Different kind of music and food and parades all around.
A feast of colors, of people, of happiness.
This year it was the first time I saw it with Zentangle eyes. I see patterns everywhere,
On the last day I was checking the stands, to eat and drink new stuff, and maybe buy some clothes.
And right there I was struck by the colors of the lanterns at a Vietnamese stand.
After having walked some kilometres to check each and every stand around, I stopped and started drawing. I just saw some patterns in the tanglepatterns mailing list, and started to draw also a tree-of-life-like pendant and the lanterns.

This is the first version. The last example is far from optimal, but this is why I understood that I have to do another version. The first deconstruction is a study, then after some time I can do better.
