I submitted to tanglepatterns my first pattern. Linda told me that the pattern was already submitted by somebody else and that she is still thinking if she wants to add it to the site or not.
This is not the first unknown pattern that came out of my black Stabilo Point 88 (or Stabilo Sensor F), but it sounded like a good one to start with.
First thing.
The pattern is super simple, but it could have 200 different names out there in the wild. If you know how other people call it... Let me know!
There is a similar pattern called Sooflowers, but the dots usually do not touch petals there.
I needed a pattern to fill some space, to jot here and there, like Printemps. I wanted to call it Été, since sun and flowers recall summer and Printemps. But such a short name would be difficult to find. I went then for another short French name, Joie. Joy.
Here I used it for the first time. In it's simlier version. It sounds like a bit shy.

I was pretty happy with it's simplicity. I checked but could not find it.
Then tried to work with it a bit, to find out some more variations.
